We want you to experience all that Crestview Country Club has to offer. We would love to have you visit the Club for a personalized tour and can arrange a time for you to enjoy our various amenities. All Memberships include primary, spouse, and children under the age of 24. Each membership will have a ONE TIME, non-refundable initiation fee, monthly dues according to their category, and a quarterly food and beverage minimum.
 

Full Membership
Enjoy full access to the golf course including greens fees and practice facilities for everyone listed on the membership. Full access to the pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and social events is also included. All items including food, guest fees, and carts will be charged to your member account. You may invite a guest to play at Crestview CC if the guest has not played more than 6 times during the year, with current guest fees.

Junior Intermediate Golf (Age 36-39)
Enjoy the same privileges as the Full Golf Membership. When you reach the age of 40, your membership will automatically be converted to the Junior Golf Membership level. No additional initiation fee will need to be paid.

Junior Golf Membership (Under 36)
Enjoy the same privileges as the Full Golf Membership. When you reach the age of 36, your membership will automatically be converted to the Junior Intermediate Golf Membership level. No additional initiation fee will need to be paid.

Senior Membership (Over 70)
Enjoy the same privileges as the Full Golf Membership. When you reach the age of 70, your membership will automatically be converted to the Senior Golf Membership level. No additional initiation fee will need to be paid.

Social Sports/Tennis Membership
Enjoy full access to the pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and social events along with indoor and outdoor dining for everyone listed on the membership. You may play golf 6 times per year with the payment of a Guest Fee, on a space-available basis.
